We had booked 3 rooms for 6 adults. Clean rooms were ready for us. Courteous staff and front desk. Some missing items like towels, soap, water flask had to be requested but promptly delivered. Linen and towels were freshly cleaned. We requested late checkout they agreed although one has to keep in mind the bookings for the next day.
